Oh my God this place is really awesome and delicious food love love love

Customer service here is not great at all. Unless you are favored at the restaurant, from what i see. The food also wasnt all that, not many vegan options... the same vegan options you get at any spanish reataurant. I also seen something disturbing.... they reuse the whole milk gallon containers for all their juices for example passion fruit, morir sonado, and lemonade. That is a big NO NO and very unhealthy.

Worst service ever. Made an order online, I called the restaurant immediately to add one more special instruction. I was put on hold without stating what I wanted. I decided to drive there, while still on hold to pick up my food. I arrived and the location wasn't busy at all. Every staff member was talking and playing around. I mentioned face to face to one staff member that I had them on the line and I needed something done with my order. He told me it was done and I repeated again that someone put me on hold 10 min ago and I'm still on hold, there response was, "oh wow". This is the second time I am disappointed with this restaurant. Very unprofessional and the food wasn't great. Last time I buy anything from here.

Interesting crowd but slow service. The drink selection is also very limited but with Upbeat music.

I was served quickly and received a good portion of food. The food was delicious. I ordered a half of chicken with yellow rice and beans. Was also lucky to find parking in front of the restaurant, which is rare

My grilled red snapper was so delicious. It's one of the best I have ever had. I go there all the time when I crave seafood.

Excellent food, huge portions, even has drinks since they have two bars (one upstairs and downstairs) and they do karaoke on weekends.

Great and authentic Dominican cuisine. Prices are very reasonable and staff is very good and attentive. I definitely recommend it if you are into Dominican food or just in need of a good gourmet meal.

Don’t come here. I waited for my food for over an hour last night and when my steak finally arrived it was cut into peices, drowning in sauce that I didn’t ask for topped with onions and looked nothing like the picture. We asked for a margarita that never came. And ended up paying $52 for 4 quesadillas, 4 mozzarella sticks 2 sodas and 1 plate of calamari with yuca. And the music is so loud you can’t hear anything you have to shout your order and the servers are rude. No one was eating last night. Biggest regret coming here.

I don't eat here often, but it's definitely a well known place by many. Food is delicious and the people are always great. From the staff to the person eating next to you. It's all love in this place. Only problem, usually too loud, but it's a Dominican place soooo.

Pretty women and really good food, what's not too like? The portions are plentiful and the prices are economical. Definitely my kind of place. I'd give it 5 stars if the decor was better.

They need a little improvement on customer service skills for people who come to eat there but don't speak Spanish. However the food is good.

I love this place, but again like with so many places; they tend to slack in what made the place great, like the food being cold and changing its flavors. Staff is hit or miss on how they serve you! It depends on mood that day!

I've order multiple times from this place. Today I made sure to request no lettuce no tomatoes in burger. So they added it and ontop of that onions. My food was horrible. All I could smell and taste was the onion. Burger wasn't cook over flame grilled like always. Smh, wasted my money today.

Service was very bad. They did not serve water until I asked many times. I ordered Stewed cod fish, the fish was not fresh but bad, taste awful. Never come back.

I ordered for pick up I pretty much begged the lady taking my order to put mojito . I payed extra and every thing . I look in my bag the one thing missing , of course mojito. What’s gets me mad is that she is on the phone all nasty saying me put mojito for every order with Totonas . Never again .

The food at this location tastes good, service is fast and seems to be reasonably priced. You have a choice of in eat or take out. Parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on the time of the day. The restaurant says rating A, which I'm hoping its accurate as I did notice what may not be very clean counters, and the, what should be white walls right next to the food trays were very run down with grease and dirty. That may appear questionable. My opinion.

Food is very tasty, reasonably prices, ok ambiance, many choices. They need to work a little more on customer service. Often times they are talking among them while customer waiting to place order, or they stop while serving to talk to each other.

Love the food. Authentic Dominican food with great service.

I worked a few weeks in this area and got lunch there. Great place. Will recommend anytime.

The El Rey is composed of several old tourist courts that used to be on the outskirts of town. The rooms have been thoughtfully updated and create a pleasant "Santa Fe" ambiance. I prefer to stay in the old adobe rooms which have the most charm. The rooms are squeaky clean and the gardens are pleasing to the eye. I also like the light breakfast. It is just what one needs in a town with great restaurants for lunch and dinner

They didn't put pickles in the Cubano sandwich! Who does that. But the rest was yummy.

Chicken Chunks were overcooked, fried Yuca was dry.....Nice staff however, food has gone down within the last year.....

Very clean and well maintained place. Good ventilation bright lights clean floor and shining table and chairs. You feel very clean and confident once you enter. Many varieties of vegetarian and non vegetarian fresh cooked food available.They do not serve frozen food like berger King or Macdonald. It all fresh and cooked daily.Fast and warm service. Very polite and smiley staff, always welcome you. You feel some kind of energetic movements around you.Do not forget to try $2 expresso coffee. Wonderful and strong flavor of South America.Once you visit , you will not forget and you like to go and visit again.
